Writing Meditation for my Soul  
​Writing meditation known as Likitha Japam is an Ancient Vedic Technique based on Yogic Science.  It is said that repetitive writing of the mantra creates a deeper connection to your higher consciousness.

Each journal has a specific and powerful Mantra in English or Sanskrit/Hindi that is used for meditative repetitive writing.  Every journal contains instructions, tracing pages and blank pages for your writing meditation.  At the end of each journal there is a meditative colouring page to further enhance your experience.​

Exploring "I" Journal Series​

Exploring “I” is a powerful self-awareness journaling technique created by Ashta-deb.  It is simple but pacts a powerful impact.  All that is required of you is 200% self-honesty in your answers to the provocative self-questions presented.

Ashta-deb’s intuitive questioning is designed to go deep into your innermost thoughts, fears, patterns and denials. This deep exploration brings about a transformational awareness which could improve your overall Physical, Mental and Spiritual health.
​Exploring “I” through conscious journaling has the benefit of emptying out one’s mind.  This creates space for clarity and creativity to flourish.

All questions are specific to the Exploring “I” journal title.  This particular journal helps with fears surrounding Covid. Specific questions are set out in the front of the journal for you to answer.  Your answer is written in two ways.  One from the subject of "I" and the other your name.

​This technique creates a healthy detachment from fears and anxiety that often are the root of our mental anguish.  Conscious questions births conscious journaling.   


Conscious journaling goes deep into your root fears in order to relieve and release you from your internal suffering.

Who is Ashta Chaitanya?


Ashta Chaitanya, known as Ashta-deb is dedicated to ongoing learning and teaching of Mental Health Awareness.  Emphasis is placed on Ancient Yogic Teachings.  A practical and simplified approach.

Awareness is a journey of self-exploration of your,  Mental, Physical and Spiritual Self.  Its premise is; why do you react to the world the way you do? not why isn’t the world reacting to me the way I want it to? 

Ashta-deb has been teaching Mental Health Awareness for over 16 years. (Testimonials)

​She is a Registered Hypnotherapist, proficient in Talk Therapy, Kriya yoga and an Intuitive Empath Healer.  She is accredited by the National Guild of Hypnotists  and continues to be a long-standing member.  In her early years as an Empath Healer, she cultivated her Reiki skills becoming a Reiki Master in 2006. 

Her extensive travels took her to India where she learned first hand from her Guru the art of Kriya Yoga and Meditation.  She continues to experiment with different yogic techniques and with the curiosity and adventurous soul of a child,  her wisdom continues to evolve.

Ashta-deb’s wisdom and teachings are unique and feel personalized, even in a group or audience setting. 

Her ability to apply Newton’s law of “Action and Reaction,” as well as Einstein’s equation E =mc², to Mental Health Awareness, is astounding.

Ashta-deb has created, implemented and taught varied techniques which helps in exploring your inner-most thoughts.
