What Is Yoga?
The word Yoga must be looked at not as a word but as an experience. Yoga means Union with God.
Yoga, although practiced worldwide, yields little benefits for today’s mankind. The understanding of union has been replaced by asana exercise, and feel-good emotions.
Yoga cannot be practiced because one attains yoga. You cannot practice the experience of attaining something. Yoga simply occurs. Occurrence is present moment.
Once Yoga occurs, you are no longer divided by concepts of right and wrong, positive and negative. Yoga can been seen as the merging of consciousness between the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of a human.
When your mind is so clear that the world becomes one with you and you with it, you reach a heightened awareness beyond that of the common human mind.

What is Ashta Progressive Yoga?
Ashta Progressive Yoga is designed to help you achieve a transformational experience. It does not focus on “how do I feel during this practice” instead, the focus is on “releasing all motive" before the practice so that you can experience the full benefit of Yoga.

What is a divided mental state? A divided mental state is when a person carries ingrained beliefs and judgments. If you have an opinion of something then that is a judgement that is rooted in a belief. These beliefs are in turn rooted in your childhood upbringing and environment.
Ashta Progressive Yoga is a series of instructional videos which start from a beginner’s level and progressively advance. Each video will demonstrate five asana postures and the corresponding pranayama (breathing) techniques.
These videos offer you the ability to personalize your yoga in the privacy of your own home. It cultivates self-trust and self-confidence.
The instructional videos must be performed in sequence with each sequence having 5 asanas to practice for 7 days. Specific instructions are given on how the practice should be carried out for maximum benefit. Each video builds on the video before it.
