Yoga & Meditation for Children
Ashta Chaitanya Children’s Yoga is designed specifically for children to explore and rediscover their inner goodness, selflove and childlike purity.
Each and everyone of us are born with childlike purity. However, based on our past, life can harden us. We are all aware of this as adults and many don’t want the same for their kids.
Yoga helps to bring balance and calm to the childlike mind. Today’s children are experiencing many adult situations. While they appear to handle some of these experiences, the sad truth is they bury what they don’t like within themselves. We were all children, and many of us experience how our past can disrupt our present and future.
Children are overwhelmed today, with social media, parental conflict, parental expectations and a crisis that is a direct threat to their survival and physical health.
When have you wholeheartedly considered how a child feels? Not just yours but others also. The Universe always acts on behalf of the whole not a selected few.
You cannot change the world, but Yoga can cultivate an understanding of the world.
Help your child learn to embrace and move through their life experiences,

The benefits of Yoga and Mediation are numerous. After each class there will be a short Q&A for the kids. They will be able to share their experience with the class. They are also encouraged to speak their truth.

What you should Know:
**Three class minimum ensures that both parent and child has enough time to experience Yoga and Meditation in order to make an informed choice if Kriya Yoga and Meditation is something that enhances their life.
A committed class brings value and benefit to fellow students. It teaches self-discipline as opposed to enforced discipline. Self-discipline gets you to where you need to be. Enforced discipline produces rebels and pleasers robbing a child of their purity and authenticity.
